When life gets overwhelming, I make teaš.
These teas are my everyday magic. Theyāre not just drinks, theyāre little spells in a mug...hahaha.
Here are my simple go-to teas for some good energy:
š¼ Chamomile + Honey
This oneās is really good for your nervous system. I drink this when Iāve had too many human interactions...usually it is after a day in the office.
Chamomile feels like the grandmother of herbs wise and gentle. Add a spoon of honey, and it becomes pure comfort.
š Lemon + Honey Tea
This is the one I reach for when I need to feel clear. Just hot water, lemon slices, and honey.
The lemon wakes you up and the honey soothes.
š Ginger + Mint + YES again Honey
How I make it: I slice up some fresh ginger, toss in some mint leaves (fresh and not to much if is a strong mint tea you will not be able to go to the toilet so, you add mint just a bit for flavor), and let it steep for about 10 minutes. I add honey if I want a little sweetness.
Ginger gives you that inner fire, mint clears your head, and together they wake you up.
šæ Rosemary + Honey Tea
Yup, rosemary isnāt just for potatoes, itās amazing for focus and memory.
A small sprig of fresh rosemary or a pinch of dried... in hot water. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes.
This tea feels clean and sharp.
šø Lavender + Chamomile + Honey Tea
When I feel energetically out of tune or anxious for no reason, this helps. A teaspoon of dried lavender flowers and a bag of chamomile, steeped for 5ā7 minutes. It helps quiet my energy.
Tea is one of the easiest forms of everyday magic. You donāt need fancy ingredients or expensive blends, just a mug, some herbs, and intention. Whether youāre seeking peace or something else, thereās probably a tea for that.
